The Hyper PFN Marc 2 is indicated for fractures of the femur including
- simple shaft fractures
- comminuted /spiral / long/ oblique/ segmented shaft fractures
- subtrochanteric /intertrochanteric fractures
- ipsilateral femoral shaft/neck fractures
- intracapsular fractures
- nonunions and malunions
- polytrauma and multiple fractures
- prophylactic nailing of impending pathologic fractures
- reconstruction following tumour resection and grafting; bone lengthening and shortening

- End caps available in different sizes help to adjust the proximal length of the nail and enable the perfect entry of the PFNA Blade into the foetal neck. It also prevents tissue ingrowth into the implant and makes removal easier
