- Pseudarthrosis in the proximal humerus
- Osteotomies in the proximal humerus
- Fractures extending to the shaft
- 9 Proximal screw holes accepts 3.5 mm locking screws, 3.7 mm cannulated locking screws & 3.7 mm cannulated conical screws (for compression)
- 10 proximal suture holes
- Short Plate range from 3 to 5 holes whereas long plates have 3 to 12 elongated Combi-Holes with lengths from 134 to 253 mm
