Hyper Interlocking Nail for Tibial Bone Marc 2

- Hyper Tibia Marc 2 Nailing System is intended to stabilise fractures of the proximal and distal tibia and the tibial shaft; open and closed tibial shaft fractures; certain pre-isthmic and post-isthmic fractures; and tibial mal-unions and non-unions
- The use of cannulated Hyper Tibia Marc 2 Nail with large diameter offering more stability associated with the reamed technique is generally recommended for Pseudoarthrosis, tumors, malunions and nonunions.
- Titanium alloy for improved mechanical and fatigue properties
- Cannulated nails (from 8 mm to 11 mm) for reamed or unreamed techniques, enabling nail insertion over guide wire
- All 2.0 mm or 3.0 mm ball-tipped guide wires may be removed through the nail and insertion handle assembly (no exchange tube required)
1. Advanced Nail Design:
- 8-degree proximal bending for seamless insertion.
- Minimizes fragment movement during application.
2. Locking Hole Design:
- Offers advanced proximal locking options –
- Three innovative locking options, in combination with dual core locking screws, to increase the stability of the proximal fragment for proximal third fractures.
- Two ML locking options enable primary compression or secondary controlled dynamization
- Offers advanced proximal locking options –
- Offers advanced distal locking options –
- Distal oblique locking options to help prevent soft tissue damage and increase stability of distal fragment
- Two ML and one AP locking options for stability of distal fragment.
